I'm Erika, a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and member of the British Association for

Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

 

The way we relate to ourselves shapes every part of our lives. When we’re caught in unhelpful thoughts or stuck in patterns we don’t fully understand, it can feel like we’re always fighting an uphill battle. But with the right support and insight, change is not only possible—it’s sustainable.

My role as a CBT therapist is to help you make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and to give you the tools to manage life’s challenges with more ease and confidence. Together, we can work on reducing the distress you're experiencing and help you build resilience that lasts.

I support people facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, sleep problems, low mood, OCD, and self-esteem issues. Often, clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start—but they’re ready to understand themselves better and make real progress.
