Service Description
Please get in touch if you can't find an appointment slot that suits you. Kind Mind IOM aims to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs. During this in-person appointment, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and what your hopes are for attending. I'll guide you to begin making sense of your problems and help you to develop goals unique to you and your situation, so that we can begin moving forwards. Initial assessments can last up to 90 minutes and in addition to gathering key information, they are also a great opportunity to understand a little bit more about what therapy looks like, how it can help you personally, and to ask any questions you may have.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice whenever feasible. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice of the appointment start time won't incur a charge. If you've prepaid for a session, you'll receive credit to apply to a rescheduled session. If no further sessions are planned, a refund will be provided. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment start time will incur a charge equal to half the session cost. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full session cost. I will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible of any holidays, commitments, or illness that may affect my availability for a scheduled session. In such instances, I will strive to arrange an alternative appointment. I kindly request that you extend the same courtesy, ideally with at least one week's notice.
